Hey, I’m Jose Muniz, the founder of Empire Barbershop Lounge.

My passion for cutting hair started when I was 15, and from that moment, I knew barbering was more than just a skill—it was my calling.

My journey began in 2017 at a local salon, where I dedicated myself to perfecting my craft and mastering every detail of the trade. In 2021, I earned the prestigious title of Class A barber, and shortly after, I turned my dream into reality by opening Empire Barbershop Lounge.

Now, Empire is more than just a barbershop—it’s a space where style, confidence, and craftsmanship come together.
